Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: Customers may return products within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.

Eligibility: Only products in new, unworn, and undamaged condition are eligible for returns. 

Refund Options: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Customers can also opt for store credit or an exchange, if available.

Return Process: Customers must initiate returns by filling out the return form on our website and shipping the product to our return address. Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges: Exchanges are processed after we receive the returned item. Customers may exchange for a different size or product, subject to availability.

Restocking Fees: Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
